The loyal and dedicated staff of Ravinia Assoicates in Internal Medicine gives personalized care to each of our patients. Our objective is to work with all of our patients to provide the best available care.
Our office hours for the Office Administrator, Administrative Staff, Procedure Scheduling, Reception and Appointment Scheduling, Medical Records, Billing, and the Clinical Nursing staff, including our Nurse Practitioner, are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday.
The Clinical Nursing staff is experienced and trained to answer many of your medical questions and test results with review from your physician.
Our clinical dietician is available on Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday by appointment to counsel patients on their medical nutritional needs.
Questions regarding new prescriptions and prescription renewals are taken from 8AM to 5PM.
Our office staff is available to help with Spanish, Polish, and Greek speaking patients.
When you call to schedule an appointment, please try to have your insurance information, along with any necessary referral information from your primary care physician. This information will help us to insure you meet your health care plan requirements.
